Breathing Techniques to Help Asthma Control
Part of Immune system & allergy, Lungs & breathing clinical trials.
This study compares two special breathing techniques—alternating which nostril you breathe through and a method called Buteyko breathing—to see which helps asthma patients breathe easier and improve lung function. You'll practice these techniques and we'll measure how well they work for you.
