- You have left ventricular hypertrophy (a thickened heart muscle) confirmed by heart imaging
- You are between 40 and 70 years old
- You own and use a smartphone daily and have reliable internet access
- You speak and understand English or Chinese fluently
- You do not currently exercise 150 minutes per week at moderate intensity (or equivalent)
- You have not had major heart events like heart attacks or strokes, and do not have other serious heart conditions
