Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older, not pregnant, and have at least 12 of your own teeth
- You have been diagnosed with advanced gum disease (Stage III or IV)
- You completed a standard gum-cleaning procedure 3–6 months ago
- You currently have at least 4 deep gum pockets (5mm or deeper) that haven't fully healed
