Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have advanced or metastatic solid tumors that have gotten worse after standard treatments or for which no good standard treatment exists.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured with scans (like CT or MRI) and you are in generally good health (ECOG 0 or 1).
- You have recovered from side effects of previous cancer treatments (except for things like hair loss or skin discoloration).
- You do not have an active autoimmune disease that required steroids in the last 3 months or a history of severe immune reactions from prior immunotherapy.
- You have adequate organ function (kidney, liver, bone marrow) confirmed by blood tests within 14 days before starting the study drug.
