Who can take part
- You need braces on your upper back teeth (first molars) and have never had braces before
- You are between 12 and 25 years old
- Your teeth are very clean with minimal plaque buildup
- You have no cavities or fillings between your upper back teeth
- You are generally healthy and don't take regular pain relievers or steroid medications
- You can return for a follow-up check within 72 hours (3 days) of separator placement
