Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older
- Your scalp must have been biopsied and confirmed to show lichen planopilaris
- You must have active LPP with symptoms at the time of screening
- Your weight must be between 40 kg and 130 kg (88–286 lbs), with a BMI of 45 or lower
- You cannot have a history of blood cancers, current cancer, or cancer in the past 5 years (with some exceptions for skin and cervical cancers)
- You cannot have active infections or recent serious infections
