Who can take part

  • Age 18–65 and healthy with no significant medical conditions
  • Body weight at least 50 kg (men) or 45 kg (women), with BMI between 22–40 and stable weight (no more than 5% change in 3 months)
  • No allergy to GLP-1 or GIP medications, or multiple drug/food allergies
  • No diabetes, history of low blood sugar, or family history of medullary thyroid cancer or multiple endocrine neoplasia
  • No recent major surgery (within 3 months), severe depression, suicide attempts, or use of GLP-1/GIP drugs in the past 3 months
  • Willing to use contraception and abstain from alcohol, smoking, and excess caffeine during the study
