- You are 18 years or older
- You have a tooth in the visible area of your mouth (front teeth or premolars) that needs to be removed
- Your dentist plans to place a dental implant right after removing the tooth
- Your extraction socket (the hole left after tooth removal) matches a specific bone shape pattern (Socket Type 3, Subclass B or C)
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
- You do not have bone metabolism diseases like osteoporosis, uncontrolled diabetes, or take long-term steroids
