  • Age 18 or older
  • Having a tooth extracted with a specific socket type (Type 1 or 2 extraction socket)
  • No active infection or severe swelling in the treatment area
  • Good oral hygiene and willingness to maintain it during the trial
  • Well-controlled blood sugar if you have diabetes (HbA1c ≤7%)
  • No untreated gum disease and smoking no more than 10 cigarettes per day
