Who can take part
- You have advanced cancer-related weight loss (cachexia) from gastric, colorectal, or lung cancer
- You've received at least two rounds of cancer treatment (chemotherapy or similar)
- You are age 18 or older with a life expectancy greater than 3 months
- You have not had a fecal microbiota transplant (FMT) in the past 6 months
- You can eat and absorb food normally—no tube feeding, severe vomiting, or swallowing problems
- You are not taking appetite-stimulating drugs like steroids or certain psychiatric medications
