- You have at least one child who was legally adopted (court finalized) less than 2 years ago
- Your adopted child is under 18 years old
- You are not currently in the process of adopting another child
- You can read and write in Portuguese
- You have reliable internet access and a computer, tablet, or smartphone to use the program
