  • You are already enrolled in the TOFFFY study (a fertility and fatherhood research program)
  • You are pregnant with a single baby (not twins or multiples)
  • You are 13 weeks pregnant or earlier when joining this substudy
  • You do not have Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes or other conditions that affect how your body manages blood sugar
  • You are not taking medications that significantly alter blood sugar control
  • You can use a smartphone app and wear a wrist activity tracker for the study duration
