Who can take part

  • Age 20–60 years old
  • Overweight or obese (BMI between 24 and 40)
  • Have at least two metabolic issues: excess belly fat, high blood sugar, high blood pressure, high triglycerides, or low HDL cholesterol
  • No serious heart, stroke, or blood vessel disease in your medical history
  • No cancer diagnosis in the past 5 years
  • Able to exercise safely and follow a Mediterranean-style diet
