Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older.
  • You are overweight or obese (body mass index between 24 and 32.4, or waist measurement above 90 cm for men or 85 cm for women).
  • You have a slightly high blood pressure, blood sugar, or cholesterol (but not full-blown disease and not on medication for these).
  • You live in the area and plan to stay for at least 12 months.
  • You can read, write, and use a smartphone comfortably.
  • You do not have serious heart or blood vessel disease, cancer, or other life-threatening conditions.
