Who can take part

  • Diagnosed with idiopathic Parkinson's disease (the most common type, confirmed by a neurologist)
  • Parkinson's at moderate stage (Hoehn and Yahr stage 2–3: you can walk but may have balance issues or stiffness on both sides)
  • No changes to your Parkinson's medications or doses in the past 6 months
  • Able to understand and follow instructions (cognitive score of 21 or higher)
  • No recent surgery, injury, or immobilization of your hands, arms, or shoulders (past 6 months)
  • No significant vision or hearing loss, depression, or other conditions that would prevent regular attendance
