Who can take part

  • Diagnosed with Parkinson's by a neurologist.
  • Able to walk and have mild to moderate symptoms (Hoehn and Yahr stage 1 to 3).
  • Between 40 and 80 years old.
  • Can read, write, and do basic math.
  • Have a Montreal Cognitive Assessment score of 21 or higher (normal thinking skills).
  • On stable Parkinson's medications and have a doctor's okay to exercise.
