  • Be 35 years or older and in generally good health
  • Have a healthy weight (BMI between 18.5 and 40)
  • Stop taking any probiotic or prebiotic supplements 30 days before the study and avoid them during the study
  • Not have had antibiotics or major bowel surgery in the past 30 days
  • Not be pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant in the next 2 months
  • Be willing to take the study food daily and report any side effects
