Who can take part
- Age 18–75 years old
- Confirmed solid tumor cancer (lung, melanoma, kidney, etc.) that your doctor plans to treat with PD-1/PD-L1 immunotherapy
- Good overall health (ECOG performance status 0–1), able to walk around and do light daily tasks
- No severe heart, lung, or blood vessel disease; no severe cold-related conditions like Raynaud's syndrome or cold urticaria
- If previously treated with immunotherapy, at least 4 weeks must have passed since your last dose, and past side effects must have improved
- Able to tolerate controlled cold exposure and willing to follow study procedures
