Anti-inflammatory drugs for acute myocarditis

This trial tests if non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), like ibuprofen, help people with acute myocarditis (inflammation of the heart muscle) who are hospitalized but have normal heart function. It aims to see if these drugs can reduce inflammation and improve recovery.
