Who can take part
- Diagnosed with Parkinson's disease by a neurologist, OR you are a healthy adult with no neurological conditions
- Age 40 to 80 years old
- Able to walk continuously for at least 10 minutes without a cane, walker, or other walking aid
- Score of at least 21 on a thinking and memory test (Montreal Cognitive Assessment)
- No serious heart, lung, or muscle conditions that would make walking unsafe
- No uncorrected vision or hearing problems, and not experiencing significant anxiety or depression
