Part of Cancer, Skin clinical trials.

This trial tests if combining an immunotherapy drug (toripalimab) with targeted radiation (SBRT) can help people with triple-negative breast cancer that did not shrink after initial chemotherapy. It aims to improve outcomes before surgery.

SBRT with immunotherapy and chemo for early-stage triple-negative breast cancer

This trial tests whether combining targeted radiation (SBRT) with immunotherapy (PD-1 inhibitor) and chemotherapy can improve outcomes for people with early-stage triple-negative breast cancer that has not spread far. It aims to find a more effective treatment option.

Pembrolizumab plus radiation and myeloid-targeting for high-risk breast cancer

This trial studies whether adding pembrolizumab (an immune “unlocking” drug) to radiation and another treatment that targets certain immune cells can improve outcomes for women with high-risk, early-stage triple negative breast cancer. You may be considered if your cancer has signs that it may respond less to immunotherapy on its own.

Treatment study for stage II-III triple-negative breast cancer before surgery

This trial tests adding the immunotherapy drugs JS004 and toripalimab to standard chemotherapy before surgery for stage II-III triple-negative breast cancer. It aims to see if combining these immunotherapies with chemo works better than chemo alone or chemo with just toripalimab.
