Who can take part

  • You are a woman between 18 and 70 years old.
  • Your breast cancer has not spread to distant parts of the body (stage I to III) and is of a certain size and lymph node involvement (T1cN1-2M0 or T2-3N0-2M0).
  • Your cancer is hormone-receptor-positive (HR+) and HER2-low (IHC 1+ or 2+ without gene amplification).
  • You have not received any prior cancer treatment (no chemotherapy, radiation, or surgery for this cancer).
  • Your overall health is good (ECOG performance status 0 or 1) and your major organs are working well enough.
  • You are willing to use effective birth control during treatment and for 6 months after your last dose, and you agree to follow the study plan.
