Who can take part
- Age 18 or older with confirmed lung cancer (non-small cell type)
- Cancer is stage IIB–III with no spread to other organs, and your doctors believe surgery is possible
- You are healthy enough for surgery (ECOG score 0–2, meaning you can do most daily activities)
