Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 50 years old
- You've had at least five migraine headaches lasting 4+ hours each, with symptoms like throbbing pain on one side of the head, light/sound sensitivity, nausea, or vomiting
- You have no recent head or neck injuries, fractures, or serious neck problems
- You don't have conditions like tumors, infections, heart disease, stroke, or blood clots
- You don't take blood-thinning medications or use pain relievers/NSAIDs more than 10–15 days per month
- You're not currently undergoing cancer treatment (chemotherapy or radiation)
