Who can take part
- You finished all cancer treatment (chemotherapy, radiation, or other gonadotoxic therapy)
- You are in good overall health with no active cancer, confirmed by your cancer doctor
- You have azoospermia (no sperm in your ejaculate) and want to father biological children
- You had testicular tissue frozen and stored before your cancer treatment
