Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease
- You have experienced freezing of gait (moments when your feet suddenly feel stuck while walking)
- You are able to walk, with or without assistance
- You score 21 or higher on a thinking and memory test (MOCA)
- You do not have nerve damage in your legs or feet (peripheral neuropathy)
- You do not have dementia or severe memory loss
