Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease
  • You have experienced freezing of gait (moments when your feet suddenly feel stuck while walking)
  • You are able to walk, with or without assistance
  • You score 21 or higher on a thinking and memory test (MOCA)
  • You do not have nerve damage in your legs or feet (peripheral neuropathy)
  • You do not have dementia or severe memory loss
