Ultrasound-guided injection therapy for spine pain

  • You have a diagnosed spine condition causing neck or lower back pain
  • Your pain level is 5 or higher on a 0–10 pain scale
  • You are scheduled to receive ultrasound-guided injection treatment as part of your regular care
  • You are able to read, understand, and sign a consent form
  • You are not pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding
  • You do not have a serious illness like cancer that might affect your treatment
