Who can take part

  • You have metastatic colorectal cancer (cancer that has spread) confirmed by biopsy, and it is your first time receiving systemic cancer treatment
  • Your cancer has wild-type RAS (a genetic marker that makes you eligible for this type of treatment)
  • You have good overall health (ECOG performance status 0–1, meaning you can do most daily activities)
  • You have at least one measurable tumor on scans (not just bone lesions)
  • Your blood counts, kidney function, and liver function are adequate for chemotherapy
  • You are willing to use effective birth control for at least 2–6 months after treatment ends if you can become pregnant
