- You were at least 14 years old when you had your lower-limb megaprosthesis implanted
- Your megaprosthesis was implanted at one of the participating centers between January 2020 and June 2023
- At least 2 years have passed since your megaprosthesis surgery
- You are willing to provide informed consent to participate
