Who can take part
- Advanced lung cancer (stage IIIB or higher) that has spread, especially to the liver, and didn't respond to prior EGFR-targeted drugs
- Able to perform light daily activities (ECOG score 0–1)
- Expected to live at least 12 weeks
- Adequate blood cell counts, liver, kidney, and heart function
- No active brain tumors causing symptoms, and no recent blood clots or bleeding problems
- No severe lung disease, recent major surgery, or active infection
