Who can take part

  • You are age 18 to 75 when you sign consent
  • Your lung cancer is confirmed as non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)
  • Your tumor tests match one of these groups: EGFR wild-type with no ALK gene fusion (with 0 or up to 1 prior chemotherapy), or EGFR-activating mutation after failing EGFR tablet therapy, and ALK gene fusion is negative
  • You can provide fresh or stored (archival) tumor tissue for biomarker testing
  • You have at least one measurable tumor spot that can be tracked; skin-only or bone-only spots do not count
  • You are well enough to participate (ECOG 0–1) and have adequate blood, organ, and bone marrow function
