Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have been diagnosed with follicular lymphoma (grade 1–3a) that has come back or is no longer responding to treatment after at least 3 prior treatment lines, including at least one anti-CD20 antibody therapy and one newer targeted therapy
- Your cancer has specific genetic testing showing wild-type EZH2 (no certain mutations)
- You have at least one measurable tumor lesion visible on scans
- Your heart, liver, kidney, and blood counts are functioning well enough to tolerate the study drug
- You agree to effective contraception for 6 months after the study ends (if able to become pregnant or father children)
