AI imaging to measure gut lining damage in IBD

Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease affecting the colon, or you are a healthy control person getting a screening colonoscopy
  • You are already scheduled for a colonoscopy for medical reasons
  • You are not allergic to fluorescein (a yellow-orange dye used in eye exams)
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking NSAIDs or antibiotics right now
  • You can handle the bowel prep and tolerate the full colonoscopy procedure
