Who can take part

  • Be between 18 and 35 years old
  • Have a healthy weight (BMI 18.5–30)
  • Exercise at least once every two weeks, but no more than four days per week
  • Eat beef and other animal proteins (not vegetarian or vegan)
  • Not currently pregnant, smoking, or taking medications that affect how your body uses protein
  • Have stable weight for the past three months and no stomach or digestive disorders
