  • You are between 18 and 35 years old
  • You are in your last 3 months of pregnancy (between 28 and 32 weeks)
  • This is your first pregnancy
  • You are pregnant with one baby (not twins or multiples)
  • You got pregnant naturally (not through fertility treatment)
  • You speak and understand Turkish fluently, and can read and write
