Who can take part
- You are a woman aged 40–60 years old
- You have been diagnosed with grade 1 degenerative spondylolisthesis (a vertebra that has slipped forward slightly) confirmed by X-ray
- Your BMI is between 25 and 35 (a measure of body weight relative to height)
- You can walk, with or without a cane
- You can understand instructions and follow simple verbal commands
