Who can take part

  • You are scheduled for or have had an ALIF or LLIF surgery at 1, 2, or 3 levels in the lower back (L2-3, L3-4, or L4-5).
  • Your surgery is for long-term, “wear-and-tear” spine problems such as nerve pain (radiculopathy) or walking-limited nerve symptoms (neurogenic claudication).
  • You have back and/or leg pain.
  • You tried non-surgical treatments for at least 6 months but they did not help enough.
  • You have not had another prior spinal fusion surgery.
