Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- You have a long-term liver condition (like hepatitis B, C, or alcohol-related liver disease) that is stable and mild to moderate in severity.
- Your weight is at least 50 kg (men) or 45 kg (women), and your body mass index (BMI) is between 18 and 32.
- Your kidney function is normal or only mildly reduced (eGFR at least 60).
- If you take medicines for your liver or related conditions, they have been stable for at least 2 weeks, or you take none.
- You agree to use effective birth control (if applicable) during the study and for 6 months after the drug is given.
