Relatrilfa-α Plus Chemotherapy Before Surgery for Lung Cancer

NSCLC

Part of Cancer, Lungs & breathing clinical trials.

This trial tests whether giving Relatrilfa-α (a new immunotherapy) combined with chemotherapy before surgery can help shrink stage II–III lung cancer tumors and improve surgical outcomes. You would receive two rounds of this combination treatment, then have surgery to remove the tumor.

Immunotherapy plus chemotherapy for operable lung cancer

This trial tests whether adding new immunotherapy drugs (adebrelimab or retlirafusp alfa plus recaticimab) to standard chemotherapy before lung surgery can help people with resectable non-small cell lung cancer. The goal is to see if this combination improves outcomes for patients whose tumors can be surgically removed.
