Who can take part
- Age 18–75 years old
- Newly diagnosed stage II or III non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) confirmed by biopsy
- Already completed 2 cycles of Relatrilfa-α plus chemotherapy with good response (shrinking or stable disease)
- Tumor is resectable (surgeons believe they can completely remove it)
- Adequate organ function: healthy liver, kidneys, blood counts, and lung capacity to tolerate surgery
- No cancer spread to distant sites; no other cancers in past 5 years; no active autoimmune disease
