Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with sacroiliac joint dysfunction (pain or instability in the joint where your lower spine connects to your pelvis)
  • You are between 40 and 65 years old
  • Your doctor has confirmed your diagnosis using specific clinical tests (Fortin finger test and Patrick's test) and imaging like MRI or X-ray
  • You have not had previous spine or sacroiliac joint surgery
  • You do not have osteoporosis, spinal stenosis, herniated discs, or other serious spine or metabolic conditions
  • You are not currently pregnant, within 6 months after giving birth, or have piriformis syndrome or nerve pain radiating down your leg
