QLS1317 for Advanced Cancers With Specific Genetic Changes

  • You are 18 years or older
  • Your doctor expects you to live at least 3 more months
  • You have an advanced solid tumor with MSI-H or dMMR genetic changes that didn't respond to standard treatment
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on imaging scans
  • You are in good enough health to receive treatment (ECOG score 0–1, meaning you can do most normal activities)
  • Your organs (liver, kidneys, heart, etc.) are working well enough for the study drug
