Who can take part

  • Age 50 or older with diagnosed mild-to-moderate memory loss or Alzheimer's disease (confirmed by a cognitive test)
  • Able to complete memory and thinking tests, including a specific screening test (MoCA score above 11)
  • Normal or non-concerning heart rhythm on an ECG test
  • If taking Alzheimer's or brain-related medications, must be on the same dose for at least 12 weeks before starting the trial
  • Have a study partner (family member or friend) who can help support you and provide information about your condition
  • Able to undergo MRI and PET brain scans without contraindications (no pacemakers, metal implants, or severe claustrophobia)
