Who can take part
- Age 4 years or older
- Good vision clarity (BCVA ≥1.0) for early-stage groups, or reduced vision (BCVA ≤1.0) if keratoconus is confirmed
- Corneal imaging (Pantacam) showing specific measurements: early signs have BAD-D <2.6; confirmed keratoconus has BAD-D ≥2.6
- No previous eye surgery or significant corneal scarring
- Ability to understand instructions and complete follow-up visits
- Written informed consent (parent/guardian consent if under 18)
