Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer or stomach/gastroesophageal junction cancer confirmed by biopsy
- Your cancer shows claudin 18.2 protein (any level), and you are a candidate for surgery
- You are between 18 and 75 years old
- You have good overall health with expected survival of at least 6 months
- You have not received any prior claudin 18.2-targeted therapy
- You do not have another active cancer at the same time, and you are not pregnant or breastfeeding
