Who can take part
- You are 18–55 years old
- You need surgery to remove an impacted (stuck) lower wisdom tooth
- You have not taken antibiotics or anti-inflammatory drugs (like ibuprofen) in the last 7 days
- You do not have any serious systemic diseases (like diabetes, heart disease, or autoimmune conditions)
- You do not have gum disease
- If female, you are not pregnant or breastfeeding
