Who can take part

  • You swim or play handball 3 to 8 hours per week
  • You can understand and follow study instructions in French
  • You have not had braces or orthodontic treatment in the last 2 months
  • You have not had shoulder or neck injury, surgery, or pain that stops you from sports in the past 6 months
  • Your dominant hand (writing hand) is healthy with normal grip strength
  • You are not currently sick with an infection
