Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older
- You have moderate to severe psoriasis (affecting 5% or more of your skin)
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
- You have no other major inflammatory, autoimmune, or systemic diseases (like lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, uncontrolled high blood pressure, kidney disease, or liver disease)
- You have not received psoriasis treatments (systemic medications or light therapy) in the past 6 months
- You have no other skin conditions besides psoriasis and are not sensitive to methotrexate or cyclosporine
