Who can take part
- You have been formally diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis (AS) or psoriatic arthritis (PsA) by a rheumatologist
- You are 18 years old or older
- You do not have other autoimmune diseases (like lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, or celiac disease)
- You do not have diabetes, chronic kidney disease, or chronic liver disease
- You are not currently being treated for an active infection or cancer
- You are willing to have a blood sample drawn for the study
