Who can take part

  • You are a healthy male between 18 and 45 years old
  • You weigh at least 50 kg (about 110 lbs) and have a BMI between 19 and 26
  • You have no serious health conditions (heart, liver, kidney, mental health, infections, or recent surgery)
  • You are willing not to father children or donate sperm for 3 months and will use birth control
  • You have not taken other experimental drugs in the past 3 months and won't take other trials during this study
  • You can stop all medicines (except vitamins and occasional pain relievers), alcohol, smoking, and herbal supplements for the study period
