How HRS-1893 moves through the body in healthy men

Who can take part

  • You are a healthy man between 18 and 45 years old.
  • Your weight is at least 110 lbs (50 kg) and your BMI is between 19 and 26.
  • You have no major health issues based on blood tests, urine tests, heart tests, and imaging.
  • You have not taken any medications (prescription or over-the-counter) in the past month.
  • You don't smoke more than 5 cigarettes a day, don't drink heavily, and don't use drugs.
  • You agree to avoid certain foods and drinks (like grapefruit, caffeine, alcohol) during the trial.
